The FIA have announced that there WILL be tougher punishments if drivers chose to break the rules in 2011. The FIA say that if or when a driver breaks a rule, they will get a punishment, and it could be a major punishment. If there is a driver driving dangerously or in an unsportsmanlike like behaviour, then the driver will face tough and strict punishments. I personally think that this is a great idea, it will make the sport safer and it will cause less retirement due to driver error while overtaking. As some of u may know im not always a big fan when the FIA change rules, but this one is actually good. The FIA did this due to the incident that happened in Hungary between Michel Schumacher and Rubens Barichelo earlier on this year.
