Formula 1 is set for some radical changes by 2013 as bosses intend to make the sport more exciting and more efficient. One of the changes that were announced was for much smaller wings. Also the teams are set for specially designed floors so that they will generate down force differently. They will use 35% less fuel, and may be a little bit slower, but should make overtaking a lot easier. The draft regulations, which were requested by the FIA, are to be sent to teams this week before a meeting in January for F1's Technical Working Group, which scopes out rule changes. The Technical Working Group has heads of each team, and they will discus the proposal and will suggest any changes that they feel may have to be made.  I think these are brilliant ideas and will far improve the sport. This rule change is a lot better than the usual FIA proposal's, they're proposal's are usually rubbish!
